The MSD distributors are equipped with two Heavy Silver springs installed.
I presume you have locked your dizzy , it's a must for that system. You set your timing to 30 total. What the MSD does is retards the timing or takes away timing, if you want 16 deg initial , you have the first dot at 14 deg, 30 minus 14 = 16 . The pic with gauge showing 16.2 deg shows 30 minus 16.2 deg = 13.8 . It's a bit confusing at first lol.
